PRÉLIMINARY INVESTIGATION
Identifying the root cause of damage is an integral part of our daily work.
We carry out comprehensive concrete technology investigations such as chloride content analysis, determination of carbonation depth, potential mapping, concrete cover measurement, concrete resistivity testing, and radar scanning.
In addition, our services include moisture measurements using the CM method, pull-off strength testing, creation of structural openings, core drilling, and delamination detection.
All these tasks form the foundation for identifying damage causes and developing a sound repair concept.
CONDITION ASSESSMENT
Preparation of detailed damage assessments, including determination of the current condition and definition of the target condition.
Analysis and evaluation of the investigations are performed both in-house and in cooperation with accredited materials testing laboratories.
Cost estimates are provided for the recommended measures.
PLANNING
Based on our expertise, we develop tailored repair concepts specifically designed for your structure.
We accompany you from the first consultation to implementation-ready planning and, if required, assist you in obtaining project-specific building permits (vBG).
Our services follow the German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers (HOAI) and are individually adapted to your project.
In addition to developing repair planning, we also support new construction projects with a focus on durability and provide detailed inspection and maintenance plans.
SPECIALIZATION
Preparation of detailed execution plans for electrochemical repair methods, with a focus on cathodic corrosion protection (CCP), as well as customized monitoring concepts for measuring and analyzing the electrical and physical properties and characteristic features of materials and their degradation.
With proprietary sensors and our in-house monitoring platform, we provide a digital twin — all from a single source.
EXECUTION
With more than two decades of hands-on experience in concrete repair and monitoring systems, we provide professional supervision of construction quality within the scope of specialized site management.
This includes both conventional concrete repair and measures in the specialized field of cathodic corrosion protection (CCP).
INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE
With experience and technical expertise, we carry out professional, regular on-site inspections, prepare detailed reports with recommendations for action, and provide adjustment and maintenance of CCP systems in compliance with applicable standards and the current state of the art.
All work is performed by qualified personnel according to DIN EN ISO 12696 and certified under DIN EN ISO 15257.
TESTING
As part of recurring structural inspections in accordance with VDI 6200, we assess the structural integrity, serviceability, and durability of buildings.
We have extensive experience with shopping centers as well as public facilities such as schools, kindergartens, and sports halls.
